QUERY:  Not so long ago, I regularly visited Jenny on Monroe Street for a full set, crystal embellishments and a jelli pedicure.  Alas, I haven't seen Jenny since March and my nails, like my nerves are suffering from a form of PTSD.  Can you recommend a path forward to save my digits?
