Lord & Taylor paid influencers ($1000 to $4000)  to post apic of themselves wearing a dress styled any way they chose.  They were obligated to use @lordandtaylor#DesignLab, L&T preapproved posts

The campaign represented that the images reflected independent impartial statements –when in actuality they were paid endorsements.

Failure to disclose payment was DECEPTIVE.
